They quote this:

** Except as otherwise provided in this subchapter, when a return of tax is required under this title or regulations, the person required to make such return shall, without assessment or notice and demand from the Secretary, pay such tax to the internal revenue officer with whom the return is filed, and shall pay such tax at the time and place fixed for filing the return (determined without regard to any extension of time for filing the return).Read more at*http://www.snopes.com/business/taxes/voluntary.asp#uIGFxbrSSxiDkm2P.99

"When a return of tax is required..."

When is that?

No. No backlash from the IRS or banks after my full refund (http://jesse2012.com/refund.jpg), but did get quite a bit of backlash from the Quatlosers. But that took the form of mock & ridicule, nothing of any consequence. The tax scam is kept alive by disinfo & propaganda so naturally someone must play that role. I don't think they're accustomed to losing though, they silenced us over there like sore losers and now come here for entertainment (Agent1 writes: "Agent22, can you please expound upon...").

I'm having results from my first year of doing this now. I got a State return this week, still waiting for the "federal" http://savingtosuitorsclub.net/attachment.php?attachmentid=1591&d=1395421013

You can see the steps I took here. http://savingtosuitorsclub.net/showthread.php?1036-1st-Return-Redeeming-Lawful-Money there are some off topic comments on the thread but just ignor them. I have been trying to document my experience in the hope that others can under stand the steps that I did for my own experience. You do what you want. No advice given.
