If there are Maxims of equity, what might Maxims of Iniquity be?

Iniquity delights in inequality, unfairness and barbarianism (http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/barbarianism)
Iniquity would that all "good stuff" be hoarded by a "elect" few so that everyone else suffers and is miserable just for the sake of it. Iniquity gives lip service to 'equality' but disparity and inequality as to rights, access to resources, access to the bare necessities of life are at its fount.

Iniquity will allow a statute to be used as a cloak for fraud
Secret laws, secret trusts, duplicity --any excuse for ill-gotten gains. Deception in education. Darkness and shadows cast wherever, whenever and however--as much as possible to make it too dark for iniquity's victims to see. Fraudsters posing as "government", "help", "solution providers".

Iniquity abhors the law
This maxim can be expressed as "iniquity will allow a remedy that is contrary to law"--lawlessness being 'the rule'. Law of the jungle. Rule by deception; rule by force. Gangsterism. "Animal farm".

Maitland didn't say: "We ought to think of common law and equity as of two rival systems." Iniquity had come to destroy law, purity, virtue, order, stability, tranquility and all that is good and wholesome.

I remember Maxim. It was freeze-dried instant coffee. It was nasty. It couldn't show us real coffee flavor because it wasn't real. It was fake.

Do you remember the Maxims of a big-mouth, nasty girl 'named' JohnnyCash?
