Administrative law in between the lines in the Commonwealth of Australia? Same idea might apply in the United States.

I can't watch the vids, I'm at work. But, administrative law has its place. It can be used to regulate fictitious entities, but it cannot be used to adjudicate the rights of the people. I had a relative that went to traffic court. She, following instructions, claimed the right to judicial proceedings within the courts in the answer. While in court, by special appearance, she asked the judge, is this proceeding administrative or judicial. His answer: 'oh no, we are past administrative, this is judicial'. After some BSing for the crowd (full court room), the judge told her she would have to come back another time. Then they simply 'lost' her file.

They attempt to substitute government for their "consulting company" and hope that you'd fall for it. It appears that "administrative law" is "territorial law". The term "operational law" might be related.
