It came to me a long time ago that the Egyptian jackal isn't a dog but is a wolf. Am I serious? What is interesting is that Rome was said to have been founded by Romulus and Remus who both were said to have been weened by or raised by a wolf. Also, that the Nazis (who asserted the Third Roman Reich or Kingdom!) used the wolf as a mascot/motif (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wolf's_Lair). Is it any further clue that "Remus" is "Sumer" backwards?

The chief god of Sumer, named Anu, was pictured as a jackal, which is a variation of the dog motif and was used also in Egypt for Anubis, the dog and the jackal apparently being interchangeable as symbols. The Egyptian form of the name Anubis is 'Anpu' and is similar to the Sumerian 'Anu', and both are jackal-gods.(source (http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/universo/esp_sirio09.htm))

So consider Sirius, 'the dog star'. Is it a really dog? Anyways, Genesis 36:43 refers to Duke Magdiel being a Duke of Edom (another name for Esau). Interestingly enough Duke Magdiel is said to be the real founder of Rome. Interestingly enough, the Sumerians are said to have called Egypt "Magan".

And by thy sword shalt thou live, and shalt serve thy brother; and it shall come to pass when thou shalt have the dominion, that thou shalt break his yoke from off thy neck. Genesis 27:40 (Israel addressing Esau)

What nations or cultures are known for prospering by the sword or by means of military might alone? Note: some suggest the symbol of America to be the "eagle". But that is not true. The symbol of the United States is the eagle. Very few states of America have an eagle in their coat of arms. The State of Illinois has an eagle in its coat of arms.

It may be that there should only be twelve stars.
