Purportedly Winston has an assignment as agent for and from Dr. Ray Dam......who purportedly is the signatory on the collateral accounts (we are waiting for Dr. Dam to show proof of this) .

I wonder what Winston knows?? One thing you will surly need the true signatory on the collateral accounts to execute a currency reset....
