Are these 50 States UCC-1 Filings by Anna Marie a basis for equitable liens per State? Or, as Beneficiaries, a basis to request Anna Marie as Executor to assign Collateral of same via UCC-3s to setoff our debts?

Given the above, I cannot find any connection between Anna and Tim, even as between you and Tim.

It cannot be simply the use of UCC-1 Filings, as you also have done same.

What exactly is your reason for dismissing Anna as a "pundit (https://www.vocabulary.com/dictionary/pundit)", or as a Turner advocate?

I am not defending Anna... I just want to know if you have some secret information about Anna, that you wish not to disclose here.


BTW: I do NOT advocate Anna's IRS positions. As you know I completely support your position and have successfully and clearly PROVED YOUR REMEDY WORKS for the past 5 years.
