In looking at the transcript or register of actions, you'll see the only record is what she has placed on record.

It looks like the "nolle prose" (probably nolle pro se) evolved from her motion to dismiss. Can you sanitize that and show us?

Based on the definitions, it's interesting perhaps to note the register doesn't mention discontinuance.

I find we really need to address this redaction of the size of images. The largest I could see the Motion was 432 pixels wide! I fashioned a rendition sanitized the same:
