Anyone know the legal (or otherwise) significance of the abbreviation "C. S." when placed after a signature?

Example: First Middle Last, C.S. (This is your Signature)

John Quincy Doe, C.S.

Came across this when researching the accepted for value process. An author suggested its use in the acceptance language:

All Offers Accepted for Honor
Upon Proof of Claim
EIN# xx-xxxxxxx
First Middle Last, C.S. (This is your Signature)
without recourse

You've heard the phrase "shovel ready jobs?
Some believe the best shovelers, those who can shovel it like nobody's business, are certified. Thus:

John Q. Doe, Certified Shoveler

Company or Corporate Secretary is just my guess.

Of course there is the possibility it stands for Cork Soaker (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Deqx-Xb-yHY)
