Curious to hear discussions on this.

Obviously, TC can make whatever opinions they want (especially when the entire operation is predicated on the idea that "The Commissioner’s determination of tax liability is generally presumed correct.", when everyone here has direct experience that this should never be the case), but I'd love to hear local analysis.

Sorry, ain't never been to Tax Court. That's because I make money but I demand Lawful Money. And as you know when someone is demanding lawful money he is considered out of the FR System. (http://savingtosuitorsclub.net/showthread.php?145-Exactly-what-does-the-IRS-agent-think/page2) I have not endorsed private credit of the FR (Federal Reserve) for many years now.
