I have no regrets about who I am and formation of this brain trust. I will be looking forward to heated debates with attorney-types as I feel what we teach here; mainly the redemption of lawful money is a serious infringement on the private intellectual property of the Bar Associations. What I am saying is that readers may find me remarkably tolerant of rants and insults.

For now, it looks like the Terms of Use is actually open for anybody to post here. So it is up to you/us - the Terms of Use. Admin may secure it soon. Fine. My thought is that we will develop policy as needed. This thread will remain at the top of the Topics and therefore be a constant notice of changes. So visit here often as you may be called on for a notice you missed.

Please tell all your friends about this website. Let's get it populated with great people and I think the Terms of Use will remain ours to set. For now, this website looks to be all about me - I hope that will soon change!

David Merrill.

Bring it on Quatlosers!

David,
WOW great to be here and look forward to your posts. I find I have learned the most when polar oppositions are brought in. It is what I find mostly in the world when the subject of lawful money is brought up.

BTW beautiful Job Rock and Anthony. This does have that new car feel!!

To the Dawning of a Great New Day!!

Nice to be here, and to have a "here" to be.

With regard to the emphasized, me too. For those who knew me at the old forum, I went by the handle IanAnd there. Here, it's changed to KnowLaw. It would be helpful for any of the old members from the suijurisclub forum who happen to rejoin us here and change their handle would let us know who they are so that we can identify their persona once again in our minds.

I'm interested in furthering people's knowledge in and of the law. I wonder if there's any chance of repopulating this forum with some of the many useful tools (in terms of downloadable files of information pertaining to a variety of subject matters) that were once available at suijurisclub.net. Charles6 had some very useful files parked at suijurisclub that would be handy to have parked here too.

Glad to be here as well.

I wonder if a "Start Here" forum would be a good place to
begin without having to wade through all kinds of 'stuff'
that merely serves to redirect ones focus?

I'm a concrete kind of guy that likes how the number 2 follows
the number 1.

Thanks! I have done that already but just for my Lesson Plan (http://savingtosuitorsclub.net/forumdisplay.php?89-Instruction-Set) about remedy. It is off the Main Forum and called Instruction Set. Otherwise I think it easy to find and select an interesting Category and then find Subcategories and Threads from the main Forum page.

Have fun! It is great to have you both here.

So now you know how I look so smart; ha! ha! By just grabbing random stuff though, you will see if I try using some of that material linked I would look rather silly. Today is the first time I looked at the fellow assuring us that the banks dealing in the original birth certificate as a stock certificate are listed on the back... He wants us to "check it out" and I say if he was worth listening to he would have waited until he had one to show us before he told us to believe him!

I see. I'm thinking that the dictionaries are something everyone should
be able to access without having to find them hidden on some page. Is
there a way to put a button at the top of this software linking them for all?

And a back -up forum/meeting place &c.

Just seems like a smart thing todo with all the forums getting hacked/attacked/corrupted.

In a sense, this is the back-up forum and meeting place to SJC.
Had SJC not gone away, we would probably all still be there and I venture to say that this forum would not be happening right now.

I really like the idea of a book category.

I have hardly read any Ebooks, but I can think of a lot of paper-books which I would gladly recommend.

I think I'll start a Treefarmer's Log where I'll put this info, so it doesn't end up getting buried in a thread where I can't find it anymore.
That was my biggest challenge on SJC, where some threads had hundreds of pages and I couldn't find stuff when I tried to go back to something I had read previously.

Darkcrusade, the truth will always find a way to get out as surely as God is never without witnesses.
Let's try to make StSC even better than SJC was.
I look forward to learning together.

I had mixed feelings about banishing Motla68;

If you were reading, you might understand that I was relieved to find a valid reason to banish him. He enjoyed being a pain in my side with is hidden and disguised Strawman Redemption/UCC/Treasury Direct-style of remedy he called Coresource Solution.

When he omitted the remedy found in law, in finally revealing the verbiage on the Presentments that Coresource Solution was promoting, that was enough for me to determine he had to go. By omitting the Fed Act remedy, I determined that whether knowing or not, Motla68 was harmful to people looking to apply remedy.

For a while I tried reading Motla68's posts, but I gave up relatively quickly because I could not make out what he was trying to convey.
His spelling was so poor that I often had no way of making sense out of his sentences.
When someone introduces a label like "Coresource Solution" and I still don't have the remotest idea of what that may entail after reading a dozen of his introductory and explanatory posts, I tend to dismiss it as crackpot or cheap bait or both.

It's too bad about that really; he seemed to have some interesting thoughts on some things, but his style and delivery were ineffective.

I agree with you David that obscuring remedy, if that's indeed what he did, would be highly offensive.
I'm saying "if", since I didn't read most of his posts and have no idea what it was he did or didn't do.

I wonder if we can find kinder, gentler ways of nipping his kind of behavior in the bud in the future, before it gets to the point of banishment, which is in itself offensive and a little primitive IMO.

Motla68 was quite unique in my experience. So I doubt that forming policy around him will be productive.

Treefarmer,

It was inevitable that SJC would fail. I predicted it long before it happened. Hypocrites cannot keep a forum together for long... members get tired of double standards and BS... and the "gods" or "karma" (whatever you want to call it) just won't allow it. You can't treat some people more special than others and expect everyone to continue to support you.

But the truth is that this forum may have happened whether SJC failed or not.

I've been toying with the idea of a "social site" for patriots ever since SJ.net was sold to LRG. My idea is a lot bolder than just a forum.

BTW, if anyone happens to be interested - the old site "suijuris.net" is up for sale (http://www.cubestat.com/www.suijuris.net).

Hello Ice
Welcome to the forum.
I hope you enjoy your stay here.

I checked out your blog and was pleased to see that you are alerting people to the cancer industry scam.
Your guitar video isn't bad either.

Your signature line leads me to believe that you have an ax to grind over some grudge you hold.

It is written: "Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again."

Perhaps you will discover hypocrisy in this forum, and I trust that you will boldly point it out.
As long as you do so in a civilized manner, and in a way that is calculated to be enriching to the forum members, I believe we will all get along splendidly.

May your expectations be met and your dreams become reality.

Shalom

It's been awhile since I've been here. And I ran across this reply that I would like to respond to.

I'm actually surprised that you would say: "As long as you do so in a civilized manner..."
If you've followed me at all then you would know I've always done my best to remain civil. But when others throw civility out the window ... is there any reason to remain silent? That isn't my style.

One of the biggest problems with forums is that people tend to read emotions into the typed word. And a lot of times those emotions they assume are there are not there at all.

But civility is something that was really lacking at the last few attempts to resurrect suijuris. And I'm sure it will remain elusive to them.

BTW, the "suijuris.net" name is still up for sale. LOL
