This Bill of Exchange (http://img16.imageshack.us/img16/8445/billofexchange.pdf) came to mind when I heard somebody (http://www.zcommunications.org/5-000-years-of-debt-by-david-graeber#)seriously speaking of Global Jubilee (https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B1EaV_bU7VImNDkyMWU2YzYtMjcyYy00Yzc4LTg2O DItZDFjNjQ4NTBlNjgx).

One valid description of Jubilee (http://img850.imageshack.us/img850/5855/jubilee.pdf) is by the Club de Paris (http://www.clubdeparis.org/en/).

Fascinating. Hey, can I use that BOE to pay my mortgage? I mean ... the bank easily created some Fed Reserve credit for me, how hard is it to create some virtual money to payoff a mortgage?

I don't think so. It is inverted money. Money as we know it is debt. Sovereign debt of governments and the BoE is wealth/energy.

If you don't do business with a thief, you'll never be stolen from.
