View Full Version : Lawful money demand is "proof of life?"

The upside down world is where a "Certificate of Live Birth" is legally a "death Certificate".

I recently found this on daily paul: http://www.dailypaul.com/259778/youve-been-declared-legally-dead-heres-how-to-correct-the-record?page=1

My simple mind sees this: a "demand for lawful money per 12 USC 411" might be a "proof of life" AND "proof of competency" (ie, and adult, handling his/her own affairs in peace and lawfully redeemed).

Our demand, tells them, in no uncertain terms, we GET IT and only a living man or woman can do that!

"Why seek ye the living among the dead?"

only the living can have a will.

for the dead know nothing.

Psa 74:12 For God is my King aforetime, Working great deliverance in the midst of the earth.
Psa 74:13 Thou didst cleave the sea by Thy strength: Thou brakest the heads of the crocodiles in the waters.
Psa 74:14 Thou brakest the heads of leviathan in pieces, And gavest him to be meat to the wild beasts inhabiting the wilderness.

I speak to the ones that stood IN Yehoshuah and FIRST trusted in Christ before this Age - or you might say BEFORE the foundation of the world.

I followed martin earl's link, and was very happy about what I found. There was a decent discussion in the talkshoe about how they were proceeding. Part of the discussion led to 26 USC 2032A, which is about the valuation of certain property.

As I read the code, I came across this at (d)(2): The agreement referred to in this paragraph is a written agreement signed by each person in being who has an interest (whether or not in possession) in any property designated in such agreement consenting to the application of subsection (c) with respect to such property.

It's "person in being" that caught my eye. Is this identifying the flesh and blood man?

How appropriate!

I am in the middle of listening to these broadcasts (http://creoharmony.blogspot.com/) by "Boris" who also recently chatted with three IRS agents regarding the decedent status of the "INFANT" known as FIRST MIDDLE LAST.

This is interesting stuff.

It appears "footprint" is not so much rebutting the "decedent nexus" as much as pointing out it is your responsibility to bring to their attention any erroneous info they may have about you, and their duty to correct it when that error is brought to their attention.

Is that how you read it?

Yes, that's it! And the current footprint you just make with ink on your foot and imprinting on some paper, signed/notarized, and then sealed with your thumbprint and then put on the county record with a copy of the notary's commission certificate should be FULL-PROOF paramount evidence from a court of record to rebut the decedent status of the INFANT. Get a certified copy back out from the country registrar and use that to enforce your living beneficiary status in all situations, and make all agencies amend their records to same.

I am suggesting a Commission Certificate on any notary use is worth $5. It completes proof in the eyes of the courts rather than the possibility the notary got a stamp from a Cracker Jacks box.

So if I understand that post, we just need to go into our local IRS office and correct the status to go from being "dead" to being alive?

Does that give our demand for lawful money more weight?

I consider the whole cestui que vie trust structure on the 1666 statute a spoof - like an artificially constructed ghost. My reality on Planet Merrill indicates that for all intents and purposes if you can derive a wet ink signature out of a man or woman then you have proof of life.

...saving to suitors (www.savingtosuitorsclub.net) in all cases the right of a common law remedy, where the common law is competent to give it...

Proving competency is the key! The default judgment on the Libel of Review is still the more direct method available. You go into the admiralty by restricted appearance under the Law of the Flag; Exodus 13:16 and Genesis 1:27 to establish your birthright.
