Hello

This is my first post so bear with me. I owe Colorado state back income tax. I made an arrangement for 50.00 per month. I am now unemployed with zero income. I tried to get them to defer payments for a little while until I get a job but having no mercy they wouldn't do it. I paid 25.00 on the Dec 2012 payment which was short but I was down to my last 60.00 so I felt at least I was making an effort. Now it looks like they have turned me over to a collections agency called integrated recoveries who called me on Monday 12/31. I haven't called them back yet but did enough research to know that's what it's about. My question is so what authority do they have besides harassing the crap out of me? Can they seize my bank account, garnish my wages when I get a job? What can they do and if anyone has suggestions (please be kind) on what I can do to deal or not deal with them I would appreciate it.

I mean for crying out loud I'm in a struggle to survive and I'm being harassed by creditors on all ends, calls every hour from 8am to 9pm everyday. I'm looking for a job and I don't even want to answer the phone. Not to mention the battle with the mortgage company. I am sorry I don't mean to sound like a whiner but I really could use some advise if someone can please help me. Thanks

Welcome to the forum Reticulating Splines.

I would suggest that you tell them not to call again so that you can clear up your phone line and get back to work. I am living in Colorado and know of how cruel the DoR can be to those who endorse. Sorry to hear about that.

If you redeem lawful money then you stay outside that contract nexus with the Fed. However there is quite a bit of credit generated on your prior endorsements and the IRS/DoR would seem to be calling us on the Fraud by Omission bluff we had going for a few years now.

Can they seize my bank account? Great question reticulating splines.

The Transfer, Withdrawal, Release and Indemnity agreement says it all.

Set in the files I have was the case from http://i2.cdn.turner.com/cnn/2012/images/06/05/baldwin.v.costner.complaint.pdf

You want know what they can do, familiarize yourself with this:

Can they seize my bank account, garnish my wages when I get a job?
Hello

This is my 148th post so please bare with me. If you put their money in your bank account they sho nuf can. As has been suggested, your first step should be to stop endorsing private credit (http://jesse2012.com/slavefree.jpg). I wouldn't worry much about bank rules, here's an example of a corporation that was notified of impending bank levy/seizure: http://savingtosuitorsclub.net/showthread.php?681-Company-beats-IRS-penalties-with-Lawful-Money but the company then showed proof that bank account contained LAWFUL MONEY and the IRS backed off - total forgiveness - unless of course you believe it was the argument about golden geese & unicorns that did it.

Since the source of our oppression is central banking, don't feel bad about a little payback. I stopped paying the mortgage long ago and just like Jerome Daly, they haven't kicked me out (remember the bank was paid in full with new currency the day you signed the note). As for collection agencies, several strategies come to mind: R4C, laugh at 'em, ignore them (caller ID helps), or my favorite, breath heavily and ask the rep what they're wearing; then respond with: I ain't wearin nuthin!

Of course the sooner you get started the sooner you end the problems associated with endorsing private credit from the Fed.

Keep your affairs of estate private.
Keep it out of probate court.

First and foremost never recommend making ill-advised gifts solely because the tax code dictates a certain outcome.

Part of the planning that goes into making significant gifts should include discussions of whether the proposed gift will both

a) benefit the family in the long run and

b) not disadvantage the donors in any way.

The tax “tail” should never wag the dog.

Hello reticulating splines, welcome to the forum.

Have you asked your debt collection sharks to "cease and desist" from calling you on the phone?
You can ask them to handle all debt collection matters via written correspondence.

If the debt involves STATE taxes, wage garnishment should be expected.
Unfortunately, US citizenship makes it nearly impossible to work for a living anymore, if one utilizes the FIRST M LAST, DOB, SSN account entity.
The taxes, wage garnishments and other debt payments are often greater than the "income", especially for people who are "self employed", and have mortgages and/or student loan payments.

One of the most useful employments left these days for the FIRST M LAST, IMO, is welfare and foodstamps.
Since we all have to pay hundreds of different taxes, there's no harm in making a small part of that revenue stream benefit us occasionally.

Thank you David. Colorado Dept of Revenue is brutal. What I initially owed has grown by hundreds of dollars with the penalties and interest. I was really making an effort to get it paid down for a while but it was going the wrong way. Finally I called and asked why I owed more so much more than I started with when I was making payments for almost a year. I was told that the extra penalties would be stopping after about a year.

I owe the Fed too but at least they deferred me making a payment for a year, not that the interest won't stop.

Now my latest issue with Wastewater, Denver Storm & Drainage service annual fee. It went up by 30.00 and I haven't made it a priority with my circumstances so I just got a certified letter they are going to give notice to the Manager of Finance to process a lien against my house for 108.00 by the end of Jan if it's not paid in full plus interest and filing fees. It's not a lot to pay but I've hit some hard times. Going through this has opened my eyes in many ways. I feel for some of the senior citizens on limited incomes who have their property taxes, insurance and all these other money making loopholes heaved on them to the point where they can't afford their homes even if it's paid off. Seems like the vulnerable are their favorite targets. . At least we have TABOR, HA in your face with TABOR you thieving bums. It can only go so far before people finally say enough is enough you greedy sob's. I want to learn how to put up a fight where I can and or they just mow you over with their self proclaimed authority.

The remedy is to redeem lawful money.

It is starting though - to put pressure on Congress for pegging the US note to the diminishing value of FRN's. Title 31 USC §5115 makes no sense to me. Removing the US notes from regular circulation and then pegging inelastic currency to elastic seems to be where the fraud is most prevalent.

I am still hoping that somebody will explain how that can be honest and honorable.

I presume these coins to be worth about $300M (https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B1EaV_bU7VImbTlZVjBCM081dFE/edit). They are located in a Treasury vault on the SE corner of the Golden Rectangle (http://img266.imageshack.us/img266/710/monumenttended.jpg) in Colorado Springs. That is an interesting survey. My suspicion is this is the value of the US notes still "circulating" in FR Banks. They are kept "circulating" in vaults to prevent them wearing out by handling since 1971.

I removed Secretary RUBIN for Temple Desecration quite some time ago by and large by using the US Geodetic Survey to prove that I am on dry land. I used Mount Herman (https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B1EaV_bU7VImOWMwMjUxZTYtZmViNy00NmI1LWEyNzItMDgxY zFkZWMxNmVi/edit) for that. Interestingly Mount Herman is on the Rectangle survey:

That can not be.

Perhaps we need to think outside the box they would have us dwell in. Let's say that we actually have two "dollars", not one. We have the Federal Resrerve Accounting Unit Dollar, the FRAUD, and the Real Dollar, which is 412.5 grains of standard silver per the Coinage Act of 1792. Anything less than a Real Dollar is a FRAUD. Then let the two compete in the free market, recognizing that one is not the other. Over time FRAUD denominated accounts could be emptied and Real Dollar accounts could take their place. It would be confusing at first, but where there's a will there's a way.

ONE TOO MANY LETTERS
Any help or information is appriciated
1. I wrote Chase Bank several letters in the past. One was concerning corrections on the signature card.
2. The other was IRS cannot inspect my accounts without me giving my permission , by the signing of a Form 6014.
3. The last letter was about correction on sending me correspondence in my trust name, instead of my name. I did return a correspondence on account information as refused for cause.
(a). He never answered any of my letters in writing . He would only call on the phone or discussed it,
. so I have no response letters (evidence) from him.
4. I opened the accounts in February 21, 2013. I signed all three signature cards with true name and dba FIRST LAST. I told them I want non-interest bearing accounts. I Stamped above my name the Title 12 sec 411 verbiage on all signature cards. I sign in true name and Legal name on all checks and cross out pay to. I being cashing my checks there every month, since February 21, 2013.
5. I went in today May 3, 2013 to cash my checks. I asked him why Chase was breaching the agreement? The manager told me he was told to close my accounts. He said the bank can close my accounts for any reason.
5. I told the cashier to leave my $25.00 deposits in each account because I wanted to still talk to a Chase representative concerning the matter.
6. should I just open another account elsewhere? Or should I fight them on the issue?
6. He said I would I would receive a letter in my post office box , if there wasn’t one already there. I haven’t been to my postal box , I have a car problem.
6. Is there any law, rule or regulation with exceptions to this closing of account for any reason ?
7. my last transaction was May 3, 2013.
8. Today is Sunday May 5, 2013 and I called Chase Bank 1-800 number.
9. I gave her my 3 accounts number an told her I wanted the balance and dates balance were posted. She gave me a balance $25-00 with a posted date of May 2, 2013. Then an amount of $325.00 with a post date of April 9, 2013(which is obviousely wrong as to date and amount). The last account balance was $25.00 posted on February 21, 2013 which is wrong also.
10. I called a second time and another agent said I am being charged with or investigated for fraud.
11. all my checks are from the government ; Veteran Check , Office of personell management check (fed agency) and social security check. Could it be this the reason for fraud REVIEW Need some help here.
P.S. I haven’t filed my evidence repository yet. could that refusal for cause be the reason? since I have no written evidence I used the accounting balance letter to write in red refusal for cause.

There is likely a clause in your signature agreement that the bank can close down your accounts for any reason. Since what you are doing is requiring special deposit - or free use of their vault for your money - they are not getting any benefit out of doing business with you. You have clarified your position and knowledge so there is no sense in trying to gloss over the reality that you have cracked the banker's code. For some time they were doing that - just trundling along acting like nothing changed because of your demand.

We have a few posts around here where ten bank accounts were closed down and some top employees at the bank were fired. So it would appear the OCC knows what we are doing.

information is most appreciated at this time David, thank you.
now when I called the second time, the guy told me , "the account is under a fraud review for now." he also wanted me to transfer to some one else to talk to me about it. I told him on a subject such as this I need it in writing. I told him to tell the other employee to send me a written documentation on what the issue is about.
what I didn't like is I have received no documentation which is stated in letter below: we recently noticed unusual activity on your account or we haven't received information we requested from you about certain transactions." I haven't received any such letter, but I will reply to it. how serious are they about this fraud thing? and if so they make it look like it can go either way. fraud on my part or fraud activity on my transaction.
also the statement at bottom of vice president signature: we may elect to report relevant information to credit report agencies.
I opened the letter, even though they keep sending it to my trust name , because of the subject matter.
any suggestions on how to reply to this ? at to letter see below:

Hi Franco;

This is all too confrontational. You are making adversaries of the banking instutions. Serve the Fed with an evidence repository and then serve it on the bank and forget about it. Quit causing trouble!

You have made it all such a big deal I cannot say they have no grounds to accuse you for fraud. I doubt they do unless you have been trying to get some extra money out of the deal. If they are talking about criminal impersonation - i.e. the True Name that would be an interesting prosecution but as belligerent as you are about this whole banking thing, I would worry for you.

Apologize in writing and let's do this right.

David Merrill.

DavidMerrill.
So how in my life I became that way, and don’t even realize it.
But I know I have a time when I have to come back home.
To me I know a peace exist deep within me, I keep forgetting about.
I clearly know the peace is within me. I am working on it.
Now that I know there is a peace within me I am trying to take the
Necessary steps to go within me (meditation).
I know problems exist in this world, in the IRS, the chase bank, and the people that work there.
I know problems exist within me also and as well as in yourself.
The only difference is the people who keep working on it.
You know I have been this way(what you call confrontational) without even being aware I am that way at times
But I have also realized there are many places to learn about war (confortational , growing up that way)
But how many places are there to teach peace in this world? To teach you the right way?
Sometimes when I get into a dispute I sometimes lose my peace, lose consciousness and become unconscious and fight a war.
That happens when you lack fulfillment. Being a human being it happens to me a lot , can you imagine how it happens to one’s that don’t even try to find that fulfillment?
And as I have grown older, my desire has not changed; I just haven’t quite yet practice enough to stay in the feeling of my heart. It’s like when I first learned to ride a bicycle. Learning to pedal and looking where I was going at the same time. When you look forward you stop peddling, you concentrate on the peddling you end up crashing somewhere. Experience is that way, when I practice more going inside I experience that peace more. I am making effort and still learning, I have a long way to go. The key for me is not to stop trying. Yes things ingrained in me since my youth are still there at times. And if you can see it, I thank you for bringing it to my attention. But like I said , I have been taught only war for so long , I have to try to find the peace within me .
I want to have that contentment in my life, not because it written somewhere, but because I have felt it, and I like it and I want to go back to it.
It isn’t a question that I fall, but to get up again, that the objective.
I felt that t deep within inside of me so powerful I want to go back. I want to go back to my wonderful garden. It’s just that man upstairs has to remind me. I just hope that he will always remind me, because the day he stops it’s over for me.
David I know when you are coming from, I hope I do. I was brought up in a different world than you. It made me the way I am. It’s now as easy for me to do what you are telling me to do. (do you have any idea what PTSD is?)
Sometimes Instead of looking inward, I start looking outwards, and lose sight of my heart, but not the one that pumps blood. When then happens that is when you are lost, and if you are very, very lucky it is grace that brings you back. When I am in that conscience place, things happen.
The letter you want me to write, I might change it some. Remember I am a different human being. If you came to my world, where “machismo” is a part of life you would properly understand me a bit more. I am not saying it rights, just saying some things are hard to get out of your system.
Thank you for your help David. Franco

Most if not all the problems about money began in 1861.

We have filters - complex waveforms if you will that will only let through what we do or are prepared to understand. There is a good chance I taught you your buttons or at least amplified them. You probably came across Chase employees at a time when they wanted to get you reacting and started pressing those buttons.

I trust my intuition and have some great sensory input (suitors' brain trust). Since the incident where bank employees were fired and that bank closed down ten accounts for various trust organizations (Legal or FULL NAME is a trust too) I have been sensing how the bankers are being alerted that Redeeming Lawful Money is to be taken very seriously.

Another way to look at it is constitutional provisions are always suspended in the 'actual theater of war'. So by letting them push your buttons like that you started constructing a war around you and pulling yourself right back into the fray of fiat (1861) through your own belligerent behavior. Another approach is that you kept becoming the First Middle LAST trustee (the name issue) by squabbling about it. More correctly if you behave like you are the trustee by calling forth the Name then you construct or result in that agreement.

[Keep in mind that the subconscious cannot recognize a negative as something that is not desired. If you dwell on what you do not want the subconscious mind will construct what you do not want as readily as if you were asking for what you don't want.]

The metaphysic might best be mastered by allowing somebody to look at it - or eventually getting so that when you feel that suppression (anger/fear) building in you, that you can pull yourself out of the situation - your decision-making abilities are impaired anyway so you might as well - and start examining what is making you feel the way you do. This may be the best way to get your decision-making abilities back too. Meanwhile fear will reduce you to training and you might not be trained well enough.

I did not say write them and apologize to make you feel badly though. I can relate. I feel responsible that I may have taught you the filters you were using! Especially about pushing the name thing until the bank was talking about fraud charges... Then I got worried that I may have misguided you around here.

Somebody around church filled out a form for a class I completed and pushed me for address and DoB. I said, I do not have that information. She gave me a stupid look and handed me the pen and form like I was trying to be funny! You know - That is just not cute as you seem to think! So I wrote in, Address: By Name and Date of Birth: No DoB. I gave it back and during Service started imagining all sorts of machinations going on involving Corporate Headquarters attorneys and such... That bile was rising in me and I remembered some Emotional Mastery training. So I remembered to start examining my buttons - why I was feeling so confronted and confrontational.

There may be a big campaign to make me into something I am not. (http://imageshack.us/a/img515/9324/restrictions.jpg) And it may by a twinge of paranoia on my part. She did not seem to be particularly offended - like somebody just handed the form back for completion please...

If I just relax about it, the chances of it escalating are slim. Rather what will happen if the PTB around church are cogitating about David Merrill's identity is that my ministry is taking effect. Should they bring it up again and I calmly explain...

What is it that you want with that Information?

Oh, nothing. We promise not to do anything with your Address and Date of Birth!

So you get it? Why would I be comfortable about giving them information if they are telling me they will do nothing with it anyway? Why do they want Information that they will do nothing with?

The point being that my first reaction was to conduct communications to strike up a war.

Regards,

David Merrill.

P.S. A teaching from ACIM (A Course in Miracles) is that creation and communication are synonyms. - Only beings of like order can truly communicate.

Also ACIM teaches the Gifts of the Holy Spirit are:

1) To have, give all to all.
2) To have peace, teach peace to learn it.
3) Be vigilent only for God and His Kingdom.

I want to go back to my wonderful garden. It’s just that man upstairs has to remind me.

I am decalcifying my pineal gland. (http://www.cityofluz.com/) As that progresses I will likely start sharing that with you all (http://img692.imageshack.us/img692/2748/kabbalahcityofluzpineal.jpg). First suggestion I have though is get off flouride toothpaste! Find an alternative like Tom's - even salt or tap water.

Mattew 5.25 Agree with thine aduersarie quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him: least at any time the aduersarie deliuer thee to the iudge, and the iudge deliuer thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison.
I think the challenge is in learning how to get an agreement with someone who is seeking something from you.

State income taxes are amusing things, as not a soul wants to pay them but every person wants the things they pay for. Some states are mulling switching entirely to sales taxes, but the arguments for and against sales taxes and state income taxes (http://personalmoneynetwork.com/moneyblog/2013/03/04/state-income-taxes/) are equally compelling.
