“And now, folks, it’s time for “Who do you trust!”
Hubba, hubba, hubba!
Money, money, money!
Who do you trust? Me?
I’m giving away free money.

And where is the Batman? HE’S AT HOME WASHING HIS TIGHTS!”

The Indiana Supreme Court determined Noah Holcomb Jr. violated numerous professional conduct rules, including charging unreasonable fees, commingling client and attorney funds, taking trust account funds for personal use, failing to pay money a client was entitled to and engaging in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice.

Unfortunately, this is not a rare occurrence. I have known of too many other lawyers whose fingers get sticky when it comes to trust funds. Many states are now requiring incredibly strict requirements regarding trust accounts, and IOLTA (Interest On Lawyers' Trust Accouts) rules. I've even known a few of them in person -- and it's sad. They just got greedy, and too addicted to high cash flows and high income, to be able to retrench when things got tight. Things like legalized gmabling and casinos don't help, either.

trust no one but yourself.

Trust is pledged to a Kingdom wherein there is a common law. The defacto King sitting in His Throne sits vested with the Trust of the citizenry. Therefore, all rights, titles and interests are in the Throne. The law common to the Kingdom is established to keep the peace. Those in rebellion are cast out of the Kingdom.

The King sits as Husband in love and service to His wife, the citizenry. This is Adam and Eve. If you study you will see you can know the end from the beginning. She, Eve, submits to her Husbandman. And He Adam [2nd] loves her in Coverture. She is no longer a femme sole, but a femme covert in Trust they two become one.

Oh how beautiful is the Word of El Elyon. It is full of knowledge and Wisdom. I will honor my Father and my Mother. For with Wisdom [Mother] was the Word birthed. Ref Proverbs 8.

Currently Jesus Christ is not sitting defacto in the Earth. But rather comes to dwell in the Heart [Mind] with the Intellect of the Brethren. Therefore the Kingdom of God is currently to be found Within. HOWEVER, just as Enoch wrote long ago, The Lord commeth with ten thousands of thousands of His saints. And it is then He will sit down defacto and the kingdoms of this world age will all SUBMIT [as the Wife] to the King of kings or in their rebellion be cast into outer darkness. World without end.

And then Lebanon will become as a fruitful field and the fruitful field shall be esteemed as a forest. Let the Brethren understand, the first-fruits shall work the field in the days to come....

Eze 44:23 And they shall teach My People the difference between the holy and common, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean.

Eze 44:24 And in strife they shall stand in judgment; and they shall judge it according to My judgments: and they shall keep My laws and My statutes in all Mine appointed seasons; and they shall hallow My sabbaths.

Only one who places their Trust in Jesus Christ shall inherit in the Estate of God. Where dear reader do you suppose the king's of this age got such an idea as to run their kingdoms? Have you studied the Love Letter?

To be Brethren walking in the common Way in the common Law:

Psa 133:1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in one!

And again, if you hear the call:

Heb_3:7 Wherefore (as THE Holy Spirit saith, To day if ye should hear His voice,

Gen 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

Eph 5:21 Subject yourselves one to another in the fear of Christ.

Comment: Public Trust

Eph 5:22 Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands, as to the Lord.

Shalom,
Michael Joseph

Before trusting others, you must trust yourself first.
