I e-mailed ICBC (Insurance Company of British Columbia) who claims the rules of the road and asked them an innocent question about who needs a Driver License.

I used the "i am ignorant and you are the almighty" approach so they will respond.

Here is the question and here is their answer.

Question:

Good day.

I am trying to explain to my offspring that a

driver's license is required for men and women to

travel on the roads.

It would help greatly if I can show them the

law that says men and women are required by law

to have a drivers license to travel on the roads.

Can you please forward me the info of my

request to explain this matter better then I can.

The more specific and direct the info is the

better chance I have in making then understand.

Thank you so much in advance for your help in

explaining this matter.

Thank you for your email dated July 25, 2013.

As per section 2, Application of Act in the BC Motor Vehicle Act:

Application of Act

2 (1) In this section, "private road" means a private road used by the public for vehicular traffic with permission of the owner or licensee of the road.

(10) Despite this section, but subject to subsection (11), a person must not drive or operate a motor vehicle or trailer referred to in this section unless

(a) the person holds a subsisting driver's licence of a class appropriate to the category of motor vehicle driven or operated,

(b) the person is insured under a valid and subsisting driver's certificate, and

(c) the motor vehicle and the trailer, if any, are insured under a valid and subsisting motor vehicle liability policy evidenced by an owner's certificate.

(11) Subsection (10) applies only to motor vehicles or trailers or drivers referred to in this section that are designated by order of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.

What make you believe you are a party to the US Constitution? Did you sign on to that document?

Also the ICBC gave a correct legal response: 2 (1) In this section, "private road" means a private road used by the public for vehicular traffic with permission of the owner or licensee of the road.

DL apply to persons not men. If you are a person, you, the person, are required by law to obtain a DL to operate a vehicle on private roads. Since EVRYTHING IS OWNED by the international banksters, you, the person have permission to use their road or property according to their rules.

If you are a man or woman, then these rules can not apply to you, the man or woman.

A good question to ask any state is - what evidence do you have that I am a person? If the state agent asks you YOUR name and you state, I am John Doe, then you have consented to be a person that is required to follow their private law.

Well, by answering with a name one might be consenting to being a person, but don't forget different persons have different status wherein one person may not be subject to another.

man is unbound and unlimited in his capacity

if it is of benefit to "be a person", or act in a certain capacity, then so be it

when it is no longer a benefit, step away and remain as man

corporations were created to help man, not harm man; if the actions of a corporation, or other fiction in law (through the men/women acting as its agents), cause injury to your property, man has the inherent right to require said injury to cease and desist immediately

man may enter into, and come out of, any capacity he wishes to at any moment as long as he causes no harm or injury to another man while doing so

if you do not believe this, you must believe there is something/someone higher on earth than man under God

OK then as far as the constitution goes in Section 10 (http://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/articlei) who said that the corporations (https://nyse.nyx.com/)have been/ are not doing this already? The front desk help don’t even have an answer.

But what I do know is that 22 others states (http://www.ncleg.net/Sessions/2011/Bills/House/HTML/H448v0.html)are.

"Did you sign on to that document"? No I was not invented yet.

But the good news is Obama is raising the minimum wage for federal contractors from $7.25 to $10.10; he will sign the executive order Wednesday, February 12, 2014 in the East Room of the White House, (after) (“caviar” from the estuaries (http://www.epa.gov/owow_keep/estuaries/kids/about/what.htm)of Illinois (?)”, Colorado beef, 12 varieties of potatoes, “Winter Garden Salad,” consisting of “petite” radishes and carrots with red wine vinaigrette with hint of honey from the White House beehive, chocolate malted cake with bittersweet chocolate, tangerines, à la mode” vanilla ice cream) “BUT” Because the measure applies only to new contracts, have said it will affect just a few hundred thousand workers, where Obama is also calling on Congress to pass Democratic legislation to raise wages for all workers to $10.10. Is this in lawful money?

Now my question to you salsero is where are you going to get enough gold and silver to back a 17 Trillion dollar (http://www.bankrate.com/financing/insurance/buffetts-1b-march-madness-bet/)economy anyways?

I realize many people do not understand. You are either a wo/man or a person, ens legis, estate, etc. The government presumes you are a person. You have the right to be recognized as a person. You are a person by and through your consent. You can not be both a man and a person [in law]. If folks do not agree, OK. You are entitled to believe what you want.

Declaration of Independence - last line "And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor." Who is the we? What is being mutually pledged? Whose life fortunes, lives and honor? Does this all pertain to you?

You asked about the gold and silver. OK, if you are a party to the constitution, do you have constitutional rights? If you so consent to be a person with man-provided rights and benefits subject to liabilities, then you MAY have the right to demand gold and silver. Good Luck.

Why do I need gold or silver to back a $17 trillion dollar fictional economy? Who is the source of "that economy"?

Looks like gold and silver are not backing the economy but rather it is backed by all the goods and services [could this be by all the men and woman who actually do the work?] WHILE OTHERS "PROFIT" FROM THE SLAVES?

When man stops putting his "trust and faith" in paper/gold/silver and puts his trust and faith in God, things will be a changing for the better on planet earth.

I am not looking to debate with anyone anymore. Either you believe the Creator created everything on this planet and has given everything FREELY to every man to be used or you believe that man is the authority and creator and gives to other men with exchange of "money". Just because "someone does not get exactly what I am saying" does not equate that I am wrong.

If you believe gold and silver need to back an economy that is man's concept of value and men must accept, agree and acknowledge this true. Go file a lawsuit and see how far you get. I think some folks forget who made the gold and silver and how does ANY man decide to claim that as his since he did not create it in the first place.

I am not looking to be right and make anyone "wrong" - but sometimes, we have to "think" a little bit and ask ourselves what is it we really want? If you want to own and be the boss, great go for it. If you want peace, and be productive and have equitable [under bankruptcy] relief, then go for that. I really do not see the both working very well together.
