1) A truck driver unloaded in a Chinese base just across the border;
2) Somebody designed the rumor around that same potential scenario.
With my hope - America? Or A-China-Ca below - that arrangement to setoff the account deficit with China is to deliver the lion's share of commercial conquest named Iran, I am certainly hoping the citing is a hoax.

My thoughts on this are that China was not buying Treasury Bonds, buying into the national debt of America all those decades to simply forgive the debt in this late hour. China having the "ownership" - extraterritorial rights of the Panama Canal and basically Panama might mean that they could quietly move troops and equipment to the USA/Mexican border, but that just does not sound feasable, with only one eyewitness report on the Internet. If it is so though, it could only be because when the Collection Action begins, just as the media has been sequestering us from the movement, the Obama Administration will be commanding Fort Carson (Colorado Springs is the military presence of the Federal Center in Denver) to stand down and maybe even supervising police forces along the Front Range (eastern side of the Continental Divide around Denver) to quash patriotic citizens who do not understand what their endorsement of the national debt has caused. From this article:
[Paragraph 8]
The process works like this. Suppose $1000 in Federal Reserve notes are presented for redemption in public money. To raise $1000 in public money the Fed must surrender U.S. Bonds in that amount to the Treasury in exchange for the public money demanded (assuming that the Fed had no public money on hand). In so doing $1000 of the National Debt would be paid off by the Fed and thus canceled. Can you imagine the result if large amounts of Federal Reserve notes were redeemed on a regular, ongoing basis?

This question of course leads to more questions about honor. Might the dishonor of stealing $100 (last page) from an American with a grudge do it? Or would the amount have to be $20 in Common Law (Seventh Amendment)? Let's go figure.
$20 in Common Law would be about an ounce of gold worth $1428 this morning. So let's grab a factor of $1428/$42.22 per troy ounce (Footnotes) earmarked in international law (1976 Secret Jamaica-Rambouillet Accord/Amendments to the Bretton Woods Agreements. Page 1, Page 2). This marks human history when the US Dollar exchange rate went from 'fixed' gold to 'floating' human flesh and bone (confidence and security building measures dependent upon the conditioning in your mind) - paper gold - SDRs. So we can figure 1428/42.22=33. Then figure that factor to the Seventh Amendment's $20 Rule - 33x20=$675. That might be more accurately the common law dishonor - China would have to steal $675 from an American national in order for the Obama Administration to renege on the national debt honorably?
It seems worth considering.
It would seem we are invested in delivering Iran to China, more than a huge triangle of the Central United States of America. We used all those bonds, that China purchased and is now poised to collect on, to secure Iran for a prize ready for delivery and hopefully full Setoff. China by and large funded Western Forces presence in Iraq and Afghanistan by buying all those T-Bonds.

David Merrill.

In light of the conviction, it might be worth pondering how a Notice of Lien, based in the violation of Oaths of Office of the chief district judge and attorney general will be received published out of the Beijing Office of China Daily. Life just has more flavor on Planet Merrill!
