People have been telling me about three or four bills like
this one passed in Utah. It feels a little like something Eugene SCHROEDER, author of
War and Emergency Powers fell into many years back in Denver.
After quite the struggle SCHROEDER was finally able to get a hearing in the Colorado capital building about
this issue. The big day arrived though, standing room only and one senator short of a quorum. They asked Eugene if he wanted to continue. Well, of course he did! But the meeting was for naught - because they had no quorum to act on it. It was just an intelligence gathering meeting.
I am talking about the trust in place called Constitution.
