I am thinking about writing a book about knowing the difference between. Here is a sample chapter, Do you know the difference between the U.S. Post Office and the U.S. Postal Service? Too many people lack discernment and they do not know the difference between a great many things. They appear to uninformed, unaware and unconcerned.
Bubba said, it sounds like they don't give a shit.
Here are possible chapter titles for the book
The difference between...
U.S. Post Office and the U.S. Postal Service
U.S. Treasury and the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury
Alabama, the state and The State of Alabama
A god and The God
The Sabbath and Sunday
Being saved and Being Lost.
About being saved or lost, here is what the bible says concerning not knowing the difference between:
Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord , Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. Matthew 7:21-23
Do You Know The Difference?
Do you have a sense of “fairness”? Do you want to be treated equal? Do you support special treatment for others? Do you know it costs you about five times as much to mail the exact same package back to China, as the China man paid to mail it to you originally? Postal workers know this, but they don’t know why. The story below explains why and illustrates just how bad our government is screwed up.
“Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools” Romans 1:22
They stole the damned Post Office!
Who is they? They are many who remain unknown, but it happened when Jimmy Carter was president and Winton Blount the Post Master General.
How did they do it? Like they do everything else, they created a separate entity with a similar sounding, but different name. Just like they did when they stole the U.S. Treasury. They took the United States Treasury and made a separate entity and called it The Secretary of the Treasury. People don’t understand the difference.
They took The U.S. Post Office, that’s the USPO, and made a separate entity and called it The U.S. Postal Service, that’s the USPS. People don’t understand the difference. [Bubba said, Oh! But the China man does! The China man uses the U.S. Post Office and you use the U. S. Postal Service. Big, Big, Difference. The China man is Non-Domestic …Just keep reading]
Cletus told Bubba: Post Office! Hell, they stole the whole, entire, damn country!
They took the Union of the states and made a separate entity and called it the United States. People don’t understand the difference. Big, big difference! If you want to be like the China man, you must live outside their United States and live on the land in one of the several states, then you can use the USPO instead of the USPS. You see, the USPS is only the “operator” of the Post Office. The USPS must operate the Post Office for those outside the “United States” according to the “UPU”. That is, the Universal Postal Union treaty [Berne, Switzerland] of October 9, 1874 and reaffirmed September 14, 2012 because; you see the China man also signed that same “TREATY”. It is called the Universal-Postal-Union treaty because it is a treaty among a Union of countries who signed on to it. It is Universal because it applies through out all countries…Africa, Canada, Russia, Japan, Brazil, Argentina, Cuba and on and on. Can you name a place you can not mail a letter to?
Amazing!….. ant it?
If you want to understand, you must KNOW you live outside the United States. You actually live on the land in one of the several states. The state, any state, is a member of the states United BUT, it is not the United States. Anyone of the states has boundaries. They each, one and all, have state lines. ANY one of the state’s jurisdiction stops at its state line. The United States also has boundaries. It has “lines”. The United States territory includes the ten square miles of Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam and the Marshal Islands. Its jurisdiction stops at it’s boundaries except…for what you don’t know….
As for as the post mail is concerned, if you can understand you, just like the China man, are outside the jurisdiction of the United States. Your mail is also non-domestic unless you are in one of their ZONES. People don’t understand the difference. Let me tell you, Satan rules this world and he has made it deliberately confusing. Christ said, “the world is like unto a field which a man sowed good seed and while he slept an enemy came in and sowed tares among the wheat” When plants are young it’s hard to tell the difference. When you don’t know, USPO –vs- USPS, it’s hard to tell the difference.
When you use their Zone Improvement Plan [ZIP] code, it puts your mail under their Jurisdiction. BUT! Their own Domestic Mail Manual [DMM] section 602 1.3 says: “Unless required above, ZIP Codes may be omitted from single-piece price First-Class Mail (including Priority Mail), single-piece price USPS Retail Ground, and pieces bearing a simplified address.”
So, you can be in a Federal Zone and under the Jurisdiction of Washington or not. Its your choice. You can say you are “near” ZIP such and such……..You know words have meaning and….. “near” does not mean “in”…….. Big, Big difference
President Donald Trump said he was going to drain the swamp. He does not have a complete picture, no one does. The swamp is big, it is vast, it is humongous. You can’t get your mind around it. Kinda reminds me of the “tares among the wheat”. It is an impossible job. Our president is doing his damnedest to keep from pulling up the wheat when he gets the tares.
Enough of this. I’m only a two finger type’er. Look at the scanned labels where I ordered from the China man. Look at the postage he paid and then look at the postage quotes the USPS wants to send the same package to where it came from. Big, Big difference. I have tried to explain it to you. If you want a copy of the Universal Postal Treaty, I got one.
The China man sent me the package using the United States Post Office. The operator of the Post Office, the USPS wants big money to mail it back to China!
It helps when you know what you are talking about. “Jurisdiction” is: ….Juris-diction.
“Juris” is law. “Diction” is speech. When you cross the Alabama state line and go into Florida, the Alabama State Trooper can not “speak the law to you”. You are outside his jurisdiction.
Washington cannot, “speak the law” to the China man. The China man is outside the jurisdiction of D.C. But, sense the China man and Washington BOTH signed the UPU …. “IT” is the law unto them. In postal matters, the Universal Postal Treaty is their law. The UPU, in so far as concerning postal matters, is law for the whole damn world!
