Suitor gets second full refund!

Well the first one was for only half the year because he started redeeming lawful money in mid 2009. The NY DoR contemplated his Return carefully enough to re-assess it and add his School Tax Credit of $125. So you know that they saw he had $6K+ in Withholdings, yet no Taxable Income.

In mid-2009 this suitor was at a friend's party, whose sister is an IRS agent. He overheard her say, There is a group of people in Colorado who do not pay Income Tax; they are doing it right. He moved in for more information but she clammed up for another 18 months. He showed me some of the early reports. I asked if that was the exact amount on his Return:

It has been 4 weeks since IRS has received my 1040 and my continuous insistence and questioning whether there are any new developments at the IRS regarding demanding lawful money per Title 12 USC 411; this Monday she finally said that typically IRS has 6 weeks to respond (sort of legal zone) and when someone is demanding lawful money he is considered out of the FR System. The IRS is creating a special file and that person's activities are being scrutinized by them.

Say David. Thats a win for the little guys. But as with other tax strategies it sometime takes 4-6 yrs for them to come after some of the participants that had received refunds and thought they had found remedy. Any one you know of that has been redeeming lawful money for 5 yrs or more and getting refunds. fB

I know of several instances. Here, a state employee has been redeeming lawful money for some time.

Just yesterday I spoke with an early suitor. He began redeeming lawful money in 2004 but never stayed in touch during the LoR process, so that he did not publish his default judgment. He redeemed lawful money over the years consistently but never filed to get his Refunds. In about 2008 he got involved with the 1099-OID Form and got his R4C process with the IRS suddenly failed. Think about that...

He was declaring that the IRS had to Refund his private credit - not his Redeemed lawful money Withholdings.

Thanks for the OID link, but I think I will pass. I have heard nothing but night mares about the process and the entanglements following using this process. Even the Guru of the process spent some time in the clink so I understand. This process was partly responsible for my question regard lawful money and tax returns as several of the participants received refunds for up to 4 years before the wall came tumbling down.fB

Three years & counting for me Fred since my first full refund. That's a result of reading Cracking the Code and learning the tax code was largely smoke & mirrors. Thereafter I learned of lawful money remedy and applied it. Haven't heard a peep from the IRS.
