This video explanation describes the confusion the system has created between jurisdictions.
The case posted above from Houston falls right into this confusion trap.

The Secular Humanists are deliberately trying to sneakily impose a private administrative government that looks like the original government. The epidemic of poseurs holding office without taking and filing the proper oath of office might be part of that tactic.

If they can't see them then it makes sense why there is no definition for them.
In my opinion, it has everything to do with what one says and how one acts; if one can can enter a courtroom and maintain the standing of man (God's version) than one is an outsider to any court other than the court of the living. One cannot be held liable for ANYTHING if one does not understand the venue or the language used in the venue.
Maintaining that standing throughout is key; that is where the "fraud" and manipulation come into play. There are certain key words, phrases and actions that "judges" are trained to hear and see or to extract from a party in his/her presence (court setting). If one utters any word, or acts in a certain way, other than man's, the jurisdiction of the proceeding will be LEGAL - ie: realm of the DEAD.
One will be treated as such (DEAD) when that occurs; then one will need to know EVERY aspect of the DEAD realm venue or be caught in its web of DEADNESS.

Seems to me this finding strengthens (at least) our position in evidence repository/LoR filings. Even more assurance of flesh and blood reigning over the corporate creation! I'd use that for any appearance, challenge jurisdiction right off the bat and shut any belligerent judge down.
Someone should send a thank you note to Mr. Trowbridge...
