In-Q-Tel, venture capital arm of the CIA

In-Q-Tel has always been an interesting item for me. I went through a phase of reading any real good material about the CIA and intelligence based on a theory that systems of intelligence can actually simulate intelligence. The basis was a suitor who is a professional hypnotherapist who discussed his mentor Dr. Corydon HAMMOND the author of the Greentree Lecture.

That is one fascinating document!

One thing to notice is the Sidebar at the beginning. Then notice it is from that era of False Memory Syndrome and published by a CIA outlet (allegedly). So they are pointing out the phenomenon of schizophrenic people sharing similar memories of identical events all over the country as False Memory Syndrome. Through discussion with my suitor friend I was able to confirm that the reason we find Dr. Cory HAMMOND adamantly campaigning to expose the effect at the time of the lecture, and then he dropped it altogether is that there is a timeless property I call Mental Archetypes.

Another factor in my theory is genome. We all seem to have an image of what we might evolve into in the distant future. That is a mental archetype - that slender big-eyed alien - and he has been around a while. Here are a couple pages from America's earliest explorations by the vikings - Page 1; Page 2.

The other factor comes from a book by Allen Welsh DULLES, author of The Craft of Intelligence and the formative Director of Central Intelligence. By formative I mean there was one Director before him for two years when the CIA was formed. He was Director for eleven years during the processing of the German Nazi War Criminals and their intelligence - specifically for this post the Nazi "Doctors" who performed deathly experiments on the Jewish concentration camp victims.

I have two points. One is that the Jason Bourne Trilogy/Manchurian Candidate warrior is a myth. At least as a weapon. We found that out through MKULTRA and other projects. [However I believe that scientific hallucinagenic dosing of Helen SCHUCKMAN under CIA supervision "John" (Journey Without Distance; p. 65-66) actually produced something worth studying - A Course in Miracles.] I clipped this snippet about nomenclature but it depicts my point about psychology perfectly. Writing ACIM destroyed Helen's mental health too.

In-Q-Tel is interesting to me because it shows a turning point in American Intelligence. Instead of being a pure financial burden it marks a point where inspired people realized that intelligence is a commercial commodity.
