and there we have it. If one is going to exercise the authority of the State and receive the benefits, one becomes the State and thus also subject to the liabilities.

Moot.

If the oath of office is deviant, the court or judge do not even qualify. The office is vacant. The judge is pretending. Any issuance is null and void.
