The Objective of Deviant Oaths

Some times I wonder if I would have ever spotted the objective of deviant oaths, to nullify bonding and leave the illusion of judicial and sovereign immunity, had I never become party in interest to the Constitution. What I mean is that by signing the Declaration of Independence I have quite literally posted a bond - my Life, Estate and Sacred Honor, just as my predecessors did. But this is only fresh on my mind because a new suitor had located the signature of approbation process in the organic laws, some time back.

These same fraudsters--as another part of the same deception--promote the idea of simply wearing a uniform equates to being intra vires when in fact the law is that if someone perpetrates a felony while wearing a uniform they are in fact a felon in disguise and without the protection of sovereign immunity and subject to the status of having a wolf's head. There was no Appointment Affidavit supplied with the oaths. The reason is that the Appointment Affidavit has the wrong oath! There are two oaths cited on the typical "SO HELP ME GOD." oath. The Title 28 is for Judges and Justices while the Title 5 oath is for Civil Servants.

Mr. John Glover ROBERTS will only sign the incorrect oath for the Civil Servants so long as the "So help me God." is correct, meaning that the oath is worthless as a fidelity bond.

The oath that looks correct, for the Judges and Justices has something very wrong with the Witness! I went through the names of Associate Justices and none of them are even close. That is Brett himself, signing as his own witness!

I might excuse him because he is denying the secret Principal (NEPHALIM/ Sons of God). So let's say he could not find any Associate Justices to sign for his witness. But he scribbled it in an attempt to fool me; and almost did.

Most interestingly is discovery of the secret Principal - the Imperial and Royal Court of the Dragon Sovereignty.

I haven't seen KAVANUAGH's Appointment Affidavit so can't comment there. You are suggesting forgery; a serious allegation. The witness/signature on the first oath does appear to be John ROBERTS Jr. - similar enough to the signature found on his Wikipedia page that I believe it's the same signer. Perhaps a somewhat hurried signature.

There is KENNEDY's retirement letter stating he retired July 31, 2018. He retains "senior status" through Title 28 USC 371(b). During this time he can perform very limited "work".

But I am going to say KENNEDY signed it, for a moment. Even though his deteriorating signature suspiciously takes on the characteristics of KAVENAUGH's signature. I just do not think that KENNEDY has the authority as a senior retired justice to be Witness to his replacement's oath of office. Remember that there are the still current active justices available and then also consider that on the same day, and probably in the same meeting Mr. John Glover ROBERTS signed the incorrect, civil servant oath of office.

Why would not ROBERTS sign the judge and justice oath?

I put the significance on the question I know. I have been watching all this for quite some time through the brain trust of suitors, most of whom are competent at execution of redemption. I have become confident that ROBERTS has "SO HELP ME GOD." on his oath, or has no oath at all. This is why the Department of Justice will not provide the oath for ROBERTS. The DoJ however did provide this online oath and I hear that the suitor did not request the Appointment Affidavit or Commission docs like I had presumed was done.

So here I compose the scenario that the DoJ is showing me what the DoJ wants me to see.

They want me to see that KAVENAUGH has signed an oath that has the plain English "So help me God." like the correct 1789 law and Title 28 USC form requires. I imagine this might extend to me making a stink that KAVENAUGH has committed forgery so that agitate parties might attack him, then the DoJ will make a big press release that KENNEDY signed and is suffering a stroke, or more likely Parkinsons. This would help distract from the recent accusations about juvenile sexual misconduct while exonerating KAVENAUGH from the forgery accusation.

Technically it would not exonerate KAVENAUGH at all in my opinion. An improperly witnessed oath is no oath at all. KENNEDY is no longer in capacity and authority to be witnessing oaths of office. They are not art and is not a matter of cultural significance. The senior justice designation is retirement alright - but designed to maintain a salary until he dies.

Either way, KENNEDY's oath of office should be requested. I hear it is easy enough. Please show us all Mr. KENNEDY's oath of office. Remember to request his Commission and Appointment Affidavit too please.

Looking deeply makes me wonder about KENNEDY wording the Letter without specifying if he retires or resigns. Look in the Notes. He uses the word "end" intentionally being unclear?

It may seem I am spending far too much attention on this but out of two Registered Priority mailings with a notice to the Dragon Court, both with the same contents to Scottish Rite and the United Nations, both have gone awry in transit. The one to the Boys at the 33° has a note I have never seen:

I get cynical sometimes and so when I read you being cynical I think it is unproductive. I will be careful.

Administrative government cannot exist without judicial oversight. Administrative "government in miniature" combines the branches so that there are no checks and balances. KAVANAUGH signing a properly formed fidelity bond is confession of guilt and the most unequivocal whistle-blowing in human history. He reveals there is no judicial branch left and therefore no administrative government.

Another gripe James Harlan (co-author Are You Lost at C?) had was that the US is not a party in interest to the suit, from the IMFIRS, being less than a 50% investor. This was how according to original form, the Complaint was to compel the Administrative Law judge to become Judicial in Article III. The judge at the time was always Wiley Young.

Interestingly in red, CLINTON's restructure did not last the required 31-Days even though I have remembered it as the 31-Day Government Shutdown all this time. So the restructure never really happened until Doc 38. I believe that I met Wiley at a Denver common law grand jury. A large black man who was not involved with any proceedings that I could detect caught my attention as I passed him setting comfortably at a table with some folks. He encouraged me to continue with my work, that what I was doing in the federal courts was "right on". But I never really thought about who or what that man was, being a stranger to my eyes.
