Considering my own experience with an attempted prosecution because I wrote a POMC for over the amount and attempted to deposit it into account with METRO organization many years ago. What is really happening is that Mr. REYNER is being prosecuted for the $4.50 in fraudulent funds he attempted to create by writing the note for $175 instead of $171.50.
