No Verified Complaint

The law and court rules require that a competent fact witness certify under oath on a complaint. Guess what? When there hasn't been an actual injury/trespass they can't produce a valid witness.

After refusing for cause (RFC file attached) a Notice to Appear there was an attempt to coerce with a "verified complaint". Well the "complaint" (File attached) happens to be a false one. Can you spot the deficiencies? There are three BIG ones.
