I dunno but there is reason to believe that its really just a training exercise. The theater they are training for might be across the pond (i.e. Europe). Its just that, for the 1000th (?) time--martial law has been operative in the USA since at least 1861. The Reconstruction Acts and the related military districts were never dissolved, repealed or disbanded. TBH, the United Nations looks a lot like a California corporation resident in NY. Could that be why the U.S. has been held out to be like police to "the World"--because the UN is in its territorial jurisdiction? And if the U.S. is in turn a joint venture with the UK and the several States of America... that'd be interesting, eh?

Also, the map is wrong and deceptively used--the arrows and regions would give false idea of them being "Jade Helm" regions when in fact they are regions created under Nixon/Ford--first point of discrediting the video is that they are being deceptive using a map to give false appearances for sensationalism. The arrows clearly point to FEMA or US Administrative regions that were "formed" back in the 70s rather than to "Jade Helm Regions". But the false impression is made nonetheless to their discredit. Why not just use a regular USA map? Because the deception is stronger that way! Jade Helm was to be conducted in the areas illustrated in the map below but there have been changes (see below for update since May 11).

The respective States of Nevada (1864), Utah (1896), Arizona (1912), Colorado (1876) and New Mexico (1912) are all post-civil war U.S. States. California is a special case. The State of Texas was subjected to the Reconstruction Acts. Furthermore, this is the respective Federal ownership % of land respect to those Jade Helm Exercise areas.

Besides CNN has so many in hypnosis why would they need to go through that much trouble with so much of "the population" dumbed down? There are far more guns per head in Europe than in the USA.
Notice that Jade Helm is operating primarily in areas where the Federal Government owns almost 1/2 the land available. Couldn't they have conducted their exercises in secret? *nods*
Is it possible that there are those looking to bring civil war to the US again (police vs citizen unrest, economic unrest, etc.) to leave room for China or Russia to invade? That is possible.
Some suggest that NORTHCOM and NORAD not being involved in Jade Helm means something sinister. But why would that be? What is more sinister to you: A - a military exercise with full NORTHCOM and NORAD or B - a military exercise without NORTHCOM or NORAD support. I would prefer B for obvious reasons and that is what there is at this time. Afterall, why would NORTHCOM (U.S. military North American warfare central command) and NORAD (USAF) need Urban Warfare training. They don't!

AFAIK, "Blood mood" is slang for lunar eclipse. One thing certain blood moons as heavenly signs coincided with was the death of a kings or royalty. The beheading of Christians in the Middle East most seems to fit that: the murder of royal priests.
