when ones accountant in business suggests a commercial viability is just a promise to encourage compliance for a liability .I [beg] applied for licence and was promised a return the benefit is a penalty within that commerce I was told i needed these commercial instruments for the scheme to work. all commerce needs promise if one cant deliver what can one consume. Well if you are in “court” then someone is alleging you owe a debt; could be monetary, could be moral, but a debt nonetheless.

Judges are Elected or Appointed and either of these comes with evidence to substantiate their claim.

So make them prove it, and provide you a copy of their Certificate of Election or Commission, or Appointment or whatever your States Election Law says they have.

And if the do not have or refuse to comply then file a complaint with the Attorney General for antitrust activity.
