I had to read this a couple of times. now i get it. you think i was talking about this website. No, I was speaking of THE YISRA'EL NATION. The link to it was provided by the host website. The US by and thru its court and its Senate has recognized it as a new Independent State sharing the same territory.

I am not a Signatory or Trustee. So the answer is no. But i have a very close relationship with the man who holds the office of the Sec. of State for THE YISRA'EL NATION; and, he just walked into a court recently and walked right out - he was there under Vienna Convention for Diplomatic Relations for THE YISRA'EL NATION. That would mean that the Senate has expressed recognition. This is the same thing that I have gone around the block with about RAP/RuSA and Tim TURNER's claims that government and military recognize him and his de jure government.
If you say that the Senate recognizes something - that means I can find it in Senate and State Department Reports and Bulletins.
