Cases giving insight to the "Saving to Suitors" Clause.

I started this thread for those who may have a limited understanding such as myself, but seek greater knowledge as to its scope, usage, and limitations.

I have had questions go unanswered in this forum and as such I can only hope the things I am trying to teach myself are correct. Everyone visiting this site does not bring with them the years of education, practice, or experience that many here display, so it is my request for others to be patient with those of us who seek to understand and gain a level playing field about principles that apply equally to every man. As simple or dumb a question may seem, it is behind that question that lays a foundation of wealth waiting to be unlocked as a realization is made.

With that being said, I learned something from this case and I hope others will too.

Perhaps it is a matter of evolution and advancement in our perceptions and developmental models of cause and effect?



That was the slickest brain fart of doubletalk in the legal history Western Law!

The Libel of Review, based in the 'saving to suitors' clause is always dismissed; which would seem on the surface as the biggest discarding of a good $350 ever. Yet people grow in perception by doing, not hearing. So taking a dip in the admiralty, for the purpose of getting established in your true name on the land, above the high tide mark would seem to have an advantage that leaves many spouting that it is the best money spent ever.

Authority must be bonded. In other words, the taxpayer in the black robe (federal judge) is perceived to have authority all the time, even though that is a blatant contradiction in terms. How can a taxpayer judge when if he judges against the IRS he is subject to an audit personally? Can you say Conflict of Interest?

Interestingly it is nearly impossible, maybe impossible to ever get a clerk to give you a certified copy of a federal judge's fungible fidelity bond! - His oath of office. (attachment)

The essence of a political religion called Constitutional Republic is that the Oath of Office is a fungible fidelity bond. The essence of the 'saving to suitors' clause is Diversity (of citizenship). A good federal citizen is a citizen in bondage to the central bank of the US - the Fed.

The Fed, created in 1913 is for the purpose of furnishing elastic currency.

Therefore the essence of HJR-192 is that one may be bound by that trust, and the option was provided (redeeming lawful money) due to the 'saving to suitors' clause of 1789 - ...where the common law is competent to give it (common law remedy).

The Remedy authorizes the suitor to sign and seal (right thumbprint) Default Judgment - a true judgment based in the facts. One might prefer to stand on the truth but the sensory nodes around this intelligence nexus have a profound financial backing. From the Instructions at the end of the Template:

I overlooked the obvious source to answer the Thread Title directly. Find the United States Codes Annotated (USCA) and then find Title 28 U.S.C.A. §1333. That is the codified 'saving to suitors' clause followed by quotes from formative cases.

You are correct, and I will address the question as I should. It does not pertain to the case I provided. I merely provided the case because it was somewhere I started on my own to try to understand this better. My frustration is the result of my own inadequacies. There is a great deal to learn and a shorter time to get there. It's my thirst (passion) that keeps my lips chapped (frustrated) because my belly (brain) can only hold and absorb so much water (information) at a given time. That's frustrating for me! I look at some of you guys and know that is where I would like to be intellectually, not only in law, but spirituality as well. I take faith in the latter that regardless of my knowledge concerning that, we all shall receive the same blessed hope (Sons of God).

So, deep breath, slow and steady wins the race, thank You and David for giving me that boost, I feel better.

perk, simple is what simple does. It is not that you are inadequate it is just that all of our brains are wired differently, ever since I was a child I pulled things apart to see what made them tick and then put them back together again, not always successful in the beginning, sometimes there was an extra screw or 2, this also took patience for small parts like electronics, this has carried on through my adult life, my brother however was the creative mind he could take a chunk of metal and run circles around me in the machine shop in building something from nothing, but not a lick of patience for the small parts like for electronics. Some are book smart and some our street smart.
What you got to do is find out how your brain is wired and then use it to your advantage and it might take some effort to do this, take you out of your comfort zone a little.
Something you might want to try that has helped people in the local group here is take notes from a particular forum, use many sheets of paper, then when done find a big table and fit them together like a jigsaw puzzle, drawing lines from one sheet of paper to the next. For others it is just listening to a set of audio files over and over again until the information connects with itself and leaves you not able to sleep one night when it does.

Good luck with all that, keep plugging away step by step, you found your way here for a reason.

The Israelites left Egypt with a diversity of citizenship - the erv rav - a mixed multitude so to speak. Among these folks, the pre-Levitical Priesthood - namely Moses' son Aaron was obviously influenced by a couple astounding factors. The object is of course to be considered - a calf - oxen worship from Egypt;

I am speaking of the early use of gold though. This metal avoids oxidation which keeps it shiny but that has had no practical use until gold contacts of electronic technology. It is a great conductor. But it is too soft for weaponry or any utilitarian function so it has always been a distraction - idolatry - by the Egyptian technology of being pounded into a thin foil and wrapped around a wood carving - in this instance a calf-shaped idol.

The actual monetizing of sin was the gold wrapped around the Golden Calf. This in our ancient archtypes is where gold took on value, distracting people from seeing the fire on the mountain so to speak. Thinking this through, maybe reading Exodus again we find the God-Fire-burnt Moses coming down broke the original Commands in a rage, upon finding a people so easily distracted.

In Nehemiah we find that the Law was read in a morning's pubic reading - so the Law is not the Pentateuch but the Laws of Moses - Exodus 20-24:7. I wanted the qualifications met, that I had written my own exact copy of the Law as read to the people at the first Constitution - Nehemiah 10 and therefore learned paleo-Hebrew, wrote out the Law and translated it word for word back into English.

Aaron was of course, the high priest under Moses - of the Levites. Levah - Levite, Leviathan (admiralty) is the priestcraft that saved Israel from being destroyed. The Egyptian faction among the early Israelites is the basis for a diversity of citizenship clause - the 'saving to suitors' clause in Christian-based western law.
