Tampering with a Witness - Process Server

I have this sanitized for good reason. Mostly that we have a very legitimate cause going here, using the Federal Criminal Complaint when it is actually the Department of Justice - Attorney General - that is guilty of a felony crime. Keep in mind that this tampering spans several Counterclaims (Libels of Review). The attached is from just two cases.

I have painted the tampering in light that the DoJ admits to taking legal advice from the Mail Boy at the Treasury, when the advice is against the FRCP at that! - And the Summons was approved by the clerk of court according to the FRCP.

So this is just too entertaining to keep to myself!

P.S. The federal judge on the case declines to make any comment or ruling about the Criminal Complaint before him albeit he is quite willing to rule on LEW/DoJ's Motion to Dismiss!
