LTL, Thank you very much...that was exactly my point.
TDL, I was thinking about your comment above about R4C not applying to TC. Don't all sanctions go back to the IRS collections and are charged as Civil Penalties?
Thanks TDL, good to hear from you!
This has been an eye opening experience to say the least...
You say "red" and the judge and respondent say that you said "blue"
..constantly misstate your...
Well, update. I received a decision in my tax court case.
Not surprisingly, the dishonorable judge ruled against me and all this came on a document with no seal and unsigned!
The judge...

[QUOTE=Why would you sign the 1040 form under penalty of perjury? QUOTE]
As Far as I know...You do not sign any IRS form under "penalty of perjury", but "PENALTIES (plural) of perjury".
So,...
I beg to differ Sir.
The Fed and their collection agency, the IRS, are parasites upon this once great nation.

That was a quick turnaround, a little more than 10 days and auntie backed down?! Do you think it is because of your letter that included your Demand and 843 or did you notice them with the LoR?

From Who? Auntie Iris?
Chex, Could you tell us exactly is that info located? I opened the link and there is at least 40 different chapters. Thanks.
Huh? I don't understand your post......I only signed once.
The Banks terms of agreement had the clause, not the signature card.
Congrats on the sig card. I refused to come in and sign a new one and US bank closed my account. They have a clause buried in their contract that states that they can close the account for any...
OMG! Unbelievable, so sad.
Wow, this explains Hendrickson's conviction. I believe some of the juror's wanted to see the original statute, but the judge refused them! Citing it might confuse...
Great job EZ!
In my experience, the W9 was included as part of the signature card.
David, what was the outcome of the petition filed at the end of "Are you Lost at C"?
It appears it was filed under admiralty jurisdiction...... I am very curious as to the outcome.
Anyone here...
I think most courts will accept USPS certified receipt, as proof of mailing.... You really don't need the confirmation signature, but it helps.
I did send my DEMAND by USPS certified to the Dept of Treasury, the local Fed bank, and my current bank. I received signature pages for every thing but my current bank! Dept of Treasury and local FED...
VERY TELLING, isn't it?
Thanks David, Interestingly enough, the only return receipt I've received so far is from the Dept of Treasury. I'm done with US bank, left a bad taste. I like my current bank, Suntrust, but I opened...
Well, I wanted to post an update to my U.S. Bank R4LM. This morning I went to my online account and there was no checking or savings account! I was furious, as they never contacted me to tell me they...
I filed at the County Clerks office....It is a public record. I was studying the Libel of review, but it is beyond my knowledge, so far.
I think I gained some more insight, as what I learned is...
Ok, thought about this. What would prevent the King to buy off the judges , just as what is happening today? I think that is a fair question. The judges and Counsel share in the spoils, do they not?
