The seemingly random characters that showed up immediately after the countdown could be sigils. It is likely not a coincidence that they are 'dumped on' the viewer immediately after the countdown reaches 1 or 0. Sigils or seals or letters of the alphabet are not necessarily evil or satanic. However, they can be utilized for sinister means.
