Walter not to change the subject but in Canada is it the same as it is here in the USA?

You think being in the public has its advantages?

Not to pick on Jason but smith being a common surname.

CourthouseDirect.com provides links to Courthouse records, Grantor Grantee Indexes and Images of Real Property Records nationwide including Deeds, Mortgages, Liens, Oil & Gas Leases, Abstracts of Judgment, Releases, Bankruptcies, etc. Choose State and County and Download documents to your computer. http://www.courthousedirect.com/

Texas Adverse Lien Search SMITH JASON, Anderson county http://www.courthousedirect.com/AdverseLienSearch.aspx

When it comes to lawful property usufruct comes to mind.

Usufruct is a right of enjoyment, enabling a holder to derive profit or benefit from property that either is titled to another person or which is held in common ownership, as long as the property is not damaged or destroyed.

In many usufructory property systems, such as the traditional ejido system in Mexico, individuals or groups may only acquire the usufruct of the property, not legal title.
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Usufruct

I got this idea from And this is where usufruct comes in from salsero from http://savingtosuitorsclub.net/showt...ll=1#post12866

Yes it is, just different Headings and numbers.

Its all international. If the country is a member of the UN then I am sure the same crap is in place.

There are word phrases in the Criminal Code of Canada that are exact as UN policy documents.
