    Graphics Lesson by David Merrill

    Hello;

    I want to run down what I have discovered about being convincing over the Internet. Basically the tools are Howie's Screen Saver, Google Documents, ImageShack, YouTube, ROP Freeware (RecOnPhone), WavePad, and of course audio recorders and my digital camera. It helps to study, and actually adopt Rules 803 and 804 and in general accepted Rules of Evidence as found in any court system.

    Then it takes a bit of chutzpa. The constant recording of hearings etc. has "earned" me an escort wherever I go inside the local courthouse. I consider it a free official witness, as you see me about to slide a transcript order under the judge's chamber door. Here is a better one though - the secretary/clerks were out to lunch and I photographed this subsequent order - notice in lawful money - in front of the chief judge (albeit he was speaking on his cell phone) and my escort. I believe there is a metaphysical force, as prescribed in the Bible behind two witnesses (equals competent record). The result is that the judge corrected my name to a properly spelled CONSTRUCTIVE TRUST when he delivered the transcript. Furthermore, the judge described the NAME ON ACCOUNT to accept Settlement on the $20M lien.

    But I remember conditioning had me feeling adrenalin when I was assessing risk of pulling out my camera. Turns out, not a word was mentioned from either the judge or the security guard.

    Regards,

    David Merrill.

    Caveman Bantor

    There is a little stage in Manitou Springs where the nearby limestone formations house the homeless. I pulled my digital camera on Tom one day. I got in the mood the next day and brought my Cakewalk Guitar Tracks with a USB Audio Interface for John RICKENBACHER (title on the guitar actually).

    It's all original on the street. Well, some of it anyway!

    There are some intricacies about showing Google Docs to your friends here. The selections are Private, Anybody with a Link and Public on the Web. Anybody with a Link needs to be logged in on their Google Account. So to share openly select and Save Public on the Web like I show attached.
