    Notary Manual ???

I was listening to Rod Class: "a former policewoman/attorney reveals what it is like inside. . . thanks to ~J"
    http://jhaines6.wordpress.com/2014/0...e-thanks-to-j/

She says she has pulled out of the system.(ex cop, ex lawyer)

She says in the last half hour of the interview that three Notary's can over rule any court case.
And it is detailed in the Notary manual.

She also says the manual is bigger then the IRS code book.

Anybody seen one or have one?

hi walter, thanks for the link, that was interesting. can she be trusted?

Ive asked two notaries I know about this and neither have or had a huge manual. I

I remember reading about the power of the notaries in the past but also recall there were two types of notaries. the notary public we all know of but also something like a county notary or something like that but I cant remember the term that was used for them or where I read it but it was the other notary that is well hidden that has the greater office.

maybe three witnesses can do the same?

if I run across any more or other info on the subject I will post back here.

    thanks

Three sureties could potentially supersede two in 'svelth'.
All rights reserved. Without prejudice. No liability assumed. No value assured.

"The object in life is not to be on the side of the majority, but to escape finding oneself in the ranks of the insane." -- Marcus Aurelius
"It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter." Proverbs 25:2
Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. Thess. 5:21.

    hi allodial,

I cant find that word anywhere! forget google.. "sveth" what does it mean?

closest I find is in 1968 Ballintines: s.v. an abbreviation of sub voce

    which is interesting..

also in my search for it I came across "suzerainity" in Blacks 5th:

fascinating! had to share that one, might be a key for someone!

    thanks

That is fascinating. It reminds me of the present relationship among the several states and the US.
