    You telling me that Edward-Malone: Johnston II and Christopher-Robert: Walker were kidnapped by TOLEDO POLICE DEPARTMENT employees without certification nor clarification of any authority or credentials, and without reasonable or probable cause because of Reid/ Pelosi Act: FREEDOM NOT TO PARTICIPATE IN FEDERAL HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAMS?
