Thanks David. That's more then relevant.
I have been watching that for a while but never thought they would allow it.
Lets see what comes of this.

And it is true that the media is not doing any coverage what-so-ever.
Its because Prime Minister Steven Harper is as crooked as they come and has done everything he could do to screw the people over.
In his grade 12 high school year book he was quoted as saying his "dislikes were poor people and natives."

This is what we have to deal with up here.

    To clear things up here.
    The case was not won.
They only won an appeal to continue.
As I stated in my first post, I don't think they will allow this to happen but I hope it will.

Rocco's (lawyer) points of view on the case.

Where does the purchasing power of your cash come from?

It comes from society believing that pieces of paper with numbers printed on them backed by nothing is real money, which according to the United States Constitution, it is NOT."

The Federal Reserve is no more Federal than Federal Express, and IS NOT a part of the government.

However, they control the entire monetary system of the United States and have major influence over the monetary policy of the world.

    This is only my view.

In the past I read and listen (talk shoe) to people say the judge told them "Don't bring the Constitution up in this court".

Isn’t this because this is a private contract?

So are the people bringing a "suit in law" to a private corporation for constitutional issues?

Using constitutional issues may be brought into civil case as evidence as with the minister of finance and the law (which doesn’t have to verbally speak as a witness).

The Constitution The Great Charter of the Liberties of England, Bill of Rights of the United States of America, are all documents for what?

This is the point the case is based on that the Bank of Canada is a Public owned bank, not private.

Pierre Trudeau removed the Bank of Canada from printing it interest free, and out sourced it to the Internationals in the 70's.
The Bank of Canada can print its own money again as it states in the Acts but corruption in politics is preventing it.
The Bank of Canada is one of the few publicly owned banks in the world. Not like the Federal Reserve.
It has the ability to print Lawful money but doesn't.

Rocco explains it at the 8:00 minute mark

We The People This is Harper's idea of transparency and it has to stop. Our government has dramatically increased the sale of weapons to Egypt and they are hiding the numbers.
