My impression is that whenever there is reasonable ignorance, multi-level scams arise. "Revaluation" is a big example. The Board speaks on these distributed ledger technologies. Imagine that! The Board of Governors inundates people like such a thing is a thing, and people will accept it that something like a distributed ledger can be honorable and honest.
