In “Isaac and Ishmael: The Origin of Middle East Conflict and the Foundation for Understanding Eschatology,” we examined the original enmity between Sarah and Hagar. We saw how Isaac and Ishmael inherited this same enmity toward each other, which has continued from that time and is playing out in front of us today. We were also introduced to the rather shocking claim that this enmity will climax in a showdown between an Islamic Antichrist from the line of Ishmael and a returning Jesus Christ from the line of Isaac. If this is true, we should expect to find supporting evidence in Scripture.

We’re going to go right to the heart of the matter in the Book of Daniel. Daniel 11 specifically answers one of the most important questions in all of prophecy:

Where in the world will the Antichrist rise to power? (More/source)

...when Alexander arrived in Jerusalem, the priests showed him the book of Daniel and its statements about a Greek ruler who would conquer the Persians, and he saw himself as the person intended (Josephus, Antiquities of the Jews, Book 11, chap. 8). (Source)

P.S. I suspect when the historic links of some systems or events to ancient or modern Babylon become apparent, a lot of things might become clearer. Also, P2ALM may or may not be forgetting about Sykes-Picot which put the former Ottoman Empire under France & co. ISIL to knowledge is specifically out to undo Sykes-Picot.

The point being, the over-fixation on Rome and Roman Europe might make one forget that Rome was seen as legs of Babylon in Daniel's vision. I believe it was Umberto Eco who in his book Foucalt's Pendulum suggested that the major secret societies trace back to the Middle East and might even make their headquarters there. One alleged Illuminati insider (Leo Zegami) suggested that their primary HQ or base of operations is in Turkey. Imagine being so busy looking at the feet, forgetting about the head. What is the significance of the mind that controls the feet?
