    Unhappy Police and Military Detain Man for Photographing Outside Air Force Base



    Several citizens contacted Photography is Not a Crime after they were threatened, harassed or intimidated from taking photos from a public sidewalk outside McDill Air Force Base in Tampa, which is completely legal.

    We sent PINAC correspondent Jeff Gray to investigate, who ended up detained and harassed, but not intimidated because he knew his rights.

    He shouldn't have given his name, then again post 9/11 they would've probably just gotten more agitated with him. The Military Police are more on edge now than they've ever been IMO.
