Its the entirety of the part of Saint Louis County called North County. Every municipality needs to lose its police department except maybe Bellefontaine Neighbors and to lose its municipal court and be required to hold court in the St. Louis County general circuit courts.

How can they keep getting away with this? Racism notwithstanding, this type of official persecution has to have a way to be stopped. It is really not even corruption, if these people operate as organized crime, there has to be a way to stop this activity and behavior.

Call me naive, but reading that report really angers me.

Call me naive, but reading that report really angers me.

It is mainly because so many people have been more interested in getting their latest fill of McDonald's, sex, sports and porn rather than actually bothering to get their head around the law. Municipal corporations are dead so if you are willing member you are regarded to be dead (i.e. 'negro' in the technical sense NOTHING TO DO WITH SKIN COLOR)--there goes your rights.
