    This is an interesting find:

    Court Case Search.

Mostly because my alerting China would seem a cause for the Open Market Committee to be upset.

I think the case might be worth reading, simply because so many people think I was involved as an attorney.

    Here is an interesting example.

This one makes my point better:

I have re-posted it here because I think it is SUPERB re: its analysis.

David Merrill is an attorney. He filed suit against the Federal Reserve while he was still a law student at Georgetown Law School in Washington, D.C. The case reached the U.S. Supreme Court and can be found as: FEDERAL OPEN MARKET COMMITTEE (FOMC) OF the FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM, Petitioner, v. David R. MERRILL.

    443 U.S. 340 (99 S.Ct. 2800, 61 L.Ed.2d 587)
    U.S. Supreme Court
    No. 77-1387.
    Argued: Dec. 6, 1978; Decided: June 28, 1979.
It is difficult to argue when I am so flattered, even if I am joindered to an attorney. Peculiar that the misnomer on the Olympus Ordeal is "David L. Merrill". - Reminding me:
