Credit Union told me they will not accept my checks with a “restrictive endorsement”

I don't endorse the back of a check at all anymore. I sent the bank a statement to the effect of, "All transactions on these accounts are intended to be redeemed in lawful money by demand". The bank balked and fussed...so what. The demand was made.

It's like Michael Joseph says on a 'coffeetalk' -- "it's for tax purposes" lulls everybody right back to sleep as nobody's boat has been rocked.

You're bases are covered.....you made the demand
