    Who owns the oath?

    Good question. ANSWER: David Merrill owns it as First Redeemer and First Trustee of the resulting trust. When you get your mind wrapped around co-creation you will own it too.

    Does that make sense? If Congress is allowing Angela CAESAR, the Clerk of Court in their legislative tribunal (USDC DC) to be malfeasant, then Congress is in breach of contract. So that allows opportunity for me to act in Congress' stead. I am not altering the Form Congress prescribed in 1789 though. I just go on the record supporting that Form and that it cannot be changed.
