The course I have is taught by Major Ed Dames US military officer.
I had good success with the "Reconnection healing" by Dr. Eric Pearl.
A friend took the course in person and activated me, it was crazy what my body was doing and he said I was the most physical activation he has come across.
My body was in full spasms. When I was in that state I learned how to feel the energy in the air that is all around us.
Now I can put my hands out in front of me and feel the energy, its like grabbing it and comprising it and I can fell the pressure it holds.
Then I think of a subject to direct the energy to.
Three of us did it one day from different location on earth and focused on a friend that had some health issues and she said she felt it.
