      One form of action

      David,

      What did Dr. Wiswall say about the federal government unifying actions at law and suits in equity into one form of action?

      Did this not take place first in Britain before such a thing was done here in the States?

      If you have any treatises by Dr. Wiswall, feel free to recommend .
