A legal entity such as "Johnson Inc." chartered in the State of Mississippi would be 'natural born' with respect to, say .. the State of Mississippi. A living soul, a man named John of the Doe clan would not be a "legal entity", persay and would not necessarily be inheriting characteristics from the State of Mississippi. However, the person born in the State of Mississippi name John Doe just might.

Under the laws of nature, every child born requires no act of law to establish the fact the child inherits through nature his/her father’s citizenship as well as his name (or even his property) through birth. This law of nature is also recognized by law of nations. Sen. Howard said the citizenship clause under the Fourteenth Amendment was by virtue of “natural law and national law.”
If a publicly traded company (parent) creates a spinoff (child), the child will be deemed to have inherited characteristics of the parent--such as being publicly traded or trade-able as to stock/shares.

NATURE a basic quality or feature of something
So the nature of the child of a corporation formed by the State of Delaware is that the child would in the 'natural course of things' have the nature/characteristics of its parent?

The advantages of Natural Law is competing allegiances between nations are not claimed,
Natural Law?!? As in the law of inherent, intrinsic or inhereitent characteristics modeled after living organisms and applied to abstractions, legal fictions or artificial entities?

    Excellent point, allodial.

Natural Law is some twisted abstraction legal term of art to suit the purposes of men.
Under "Natural Law", a child inherits his "status" from his father. Does not a child also inherit from his mother if not more so?

Natural law, natural born, .... these are ALL legal terms of art.

In the case of an entity created by A State, City or County the "mother" or "parent" might be a City or State or County. It might be helpful to consider every word or phrase based on WHO/WHAT is saying it. Is it an British attorney? He is probably meaning what attorney's there means. Is it Grandma? Different meaning probably. "natural" in the "juristic" sense or natural as in using leaves while camping because you are out of TP?
