here the USSC has basically reinforced the enumeration of powers doctrine found in the Consitution. No federal law is legally binding in anyone of the 50 states when it violates the Sovereignty of the State. The importance of this ruling is the USSC has said that individuals have standing to challenge laws violating this separation of powers, whereas the Feds whole argument hinged on the assertion that only states could sue them on these grounds. Interesting times....
