Timing in Strategy

I have always admired Miyamoto Musashi - A Book of Five Rings (Overlook Press is my favorite rendition). I have always focused on a particularly poetic page at the end of The Ground Book - Timing in Strategy.

Ultimately the end-game, rather than TOO MANY SECRETS is a world where hoarding, if it exists at all (kingdom of heaven on earth) would actually exist, rather than electronic vaults:

NO MORE SECRETS

The rhythm seems annual and extended over the period of ten years exactly - being September 12th with 9/11 this year on a Sunday. However this began for me in early 2001 with a docket summary depicting the $11B Stock Market dip coinciding with the general bond rule for the US government in a land settlement case. That was on March 14th to be exact - see page "2 state court prayer.jpg".

That began opening my eyes about the powerful metaphysics of law. Currently this is revealed plainly in a textbook The Science of Mind by Ernest HOLMES ((c)1938). I feel leveled to discover that I am onto nothing new. I felt like I was being a real pioneer for the last decade. To understand why the timing did not surprise me, remember that the ancient timing of 30 days was Judgment; August 13th to September 11th is thirty days. That original document was served on the currently occupied (by people/protestors) Wall Street, named for the wall my ancestor built around his Manhattan estate (survey/monument).

The filing for the NY USDC clerk of court is tied into the linguistics through Taunus Corporation there at 60 Wall Street - Teunis Jansen Laenan VAN PELT. Wrap your mind around the clerk of court fudging up the docket report to evade the Claim on the original estate. The authority of the court lies in the record and the clerk of court negated the record by falsifying it. Therefore Deutsche Bank, and probably all the bankers joindered (current order is to show cause why all these NY-based banks should not be joindered together to save the USDC immense amounts of time and trouble) are off the hook because of malfeasance by the clerk of court.

The wonderful part is that the mail carrier, under the postmaster Robert BROWN there on Manhattan Island, likely in collusion with the NY clerk of court decided to keep the green Return Receipt card I linked above. That is a federal felony. As you see, when I complained about abandonment and obstruction of mail material, it coerced a confession of guilt - they sent me the card; three-weeks late!

You might find it fun to watch as it happens by plugging 7011 1150 0000 3109 7303 into the Tracking Website. As I write, that is scheduled to arrive on October 11th - exactly 30 days from September 11th!
