Sorry, but I have been hearing that the banksters are going down for about 3 years now and still nothing.
I'm beginning to think he is nothing more that a distraction to keep us occupied.

Thank you for reminding me about the MERS case! I think the docket has become so complex that it bores me to try catching up but will attach it in case any of you can find some time. I am just tracking Deutsche Bank's docket because I know somebody who was foreclosed on with a nasty underhanded technique. The clerk lied and the suitor missed the hearing. However it is up to the clerk to properly verify the hearing date on the summons so...
